With a focus on community investment, employee engagement and stakeholder perspectives, this session will help you to bring your CSR programme to life.

Learning outcomes

The session will enable delegates to;

1. Understand relevant aspects of corporate social responsibility, including governance, social, environmental and ethical issues; and apply these in business

2. Understand current CSR issues, risks and opportunities, and the reputational and commercial business drivers (the business case)

3. Understand the value of a systematic approach; and draft a prioritised action plan

4. Draft a CSR communication plan that meets the needs of stakeholders
