CES is due to move into larger 2,500 square metre refurbished property at Crosfield, 3 Imperial Way, Croydon, CR0 4RR when it receives the keys on 21 October 2019 and need to provide vacant possession of its current properties in the following 2 to 3 weeks. A removals and relocations provider is required to provide full support and logistics throughout the project, although some logistics will be undertaken by CES own van fleet. This includes confirming the actual scope of requirements as CES will also need to undertake new FF&E (furniture fixings and equipment) installations once it receives access the newly refurbished site at Crosfields Phase One – Pre-planning activities & project management of all phases Phase Two – Relocation from 28 Boulogne Rd, Croydon CR0 2QT TO Crosfield, 3 Imperial Way, Croydon, CR0 4RR Phase Three – Clearance of 28 Boulogne Rd, Croydon CR0 2QT c. post 16 November.
